* Ahi Tuna  sesame seed encrusted, pan seared topped with chef’s Ginger Wasabi Sauce (chef recommends seared, rare or medium rare)

* Scottish Salmon Caramelized then topped with a habanera aioli and pistachio nuts

* Lobster Tail, oven roasted, crowned with crabmeat and served with drawn butter

*Catfish local catfish (Ayden, NC) Cajun Blackened served with Plum Tree’s tartar

 Caramelized Duck Breast stuffed with cherve cheese / topped with Chef’s plum sauce .

Chef serves rice or potatoes & vegetables with all her entrée’s

Served with pecans and brown sugar, wrapped in a puff pastry purse, served on a bed of fresh apple slices

Plum Tree’s Crab Cake
Lump crabmeat cake with the chef’s fresh spicy caper-lemon sauce

Pimento Cheese Dip  Chef’s in house made pimento cheese dip served with deep fried pita points


Tomato Basil Soup
Soup the Chef’s made from scratch tomato basil soup is for serious soup lovers, bowl or cup
add gorgonzola croutons

Specialty Salads

Romaine lettuce topped with almonds, dates, feta cheese and fresh clementine orange sections, served with the chef’s signature roasted garlic dressing

Spinach Salad
Served with a bacon twists, chopped egg, gorgonzola croutons and Chef’s signature roasted garlic dressing

Caesar Salad
Fresh romaine lettuce tossed in a chef Cardini inspired dressing, topped with fresh Parmesan cheese


(all Plum Tree Bistro’s steaks are cut fresh in house, if you order your steak medium well or well done please allow extra time for the Chef)

Filet Mignon
Grilled 8 ounce cut, bacon wrapped, center cut filet served with the chef’s shiitake mushroom sauce or her maderia wine sauce

Rib Eye Steak
Cut-to-order, grilled, served with the chef’s shiitake mushroom sauce or Maderia wine sauce – 12 ounce cut – 16 ounce cut

Duck and Chicken

Wild Mushroom Stuffed Chicken
Sautéed chicken breast, stuffed with wild mushrooms and topped with Dijon mustard cream sauce

Chicken Frangelico
Pecan encrusted chicken breast; sautéed, then oven roasted and served with the Chef’s hazelnut cream sauce

Duck Breast
Caramelized duck breast served with a blueberry port wine compote


Bacon Wrapped Sea Scallops
Lump crabmeat stuffed between sea scallops, wrapped in bacon and served with Marinara & Parmesan sauces accompanied with cheese tortellini

Hurricane Shrimp or Scallops
Lobster stuffed ravioli with lobster cream sauce topped with your choice of;
Grilled hurricane brushed shrimp or Grilled hurricane brushed scallops or a combination of grilled hurricane brushed shrimp and scallops

Crab Cakes
Lump crabmeat cake lightly sautéed, served with the chef’s spicy caper lemon sauce

Brownie Thursday, pecan, marshmallow and caramel brownie served warm, topped with vanilla ice cream chocolate sauce, whipped cream and a cherry on top!

Berry  Berry  Cobbler, served warm, topped with vanilla ice cream  

Martini Brownie – brownie bite in Godiva Chocolate liquor , ice cream and whipped cream

           CAPPUCCINO and ESPRESSO  are also served
